Dr. William Devlin is a Vietnam War veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and pastor devoted to serving the persecuted church worldwide. For more than 13 years, he has completed over 350 mission trips to more than 20 nations, often traveling into active conflict zones to comfort suffering believers through what he calls the ministry of presence.
He is the founder of WidowsAndOrphans.info and LiveReckless.info, ministries focused on holistic care for persecuted Christians, including widows, orphans, displaced families, and imprisoned believers. In addition to his frontline ministry, Dr. Devlin regularly counsels and briefs members of the U.S. Congress and their staff, providing firsthand insight on religious persecution and global crises impacting Christians around the world.
