What to do-
1. Breath as much fresh air as you can while getting as much sun (1-2 hours a day) as possible.
2. Expose yourself to different environments, biomes as possible- a forest, by a river or lake, at the beach, in the hills... The more good bugs we have in and around us to harder it is for the bad bugs to get in.
3. Eat as much whole foods with a lot of colors (2 servings of each of the 5 colors or produce. Reduce or eliminate processed and or sugary foods. Drink good water or Alkaline filtered water from Water Tree...
