Carol LaBranche co-founded AboutFace-USA®, a nonprofit organization that empowers veterans and their families through holistic wellness and trauma-informed care. Alongside her husband, Joe LaBranche, a Marine Vietnam veteran, Carol established AboutFace-USA® nearly 15 years ago to address the critical mental health and wellness needs of veterans transitioning to civilian life.

With a deep commitment to fostering hope, dignity, and personal growth, Carol has been instrumental in shaping programs such as Project GROW (Gardening Rehabilitation Outreach Wellness), holistic healing classes, financial literacy coaching, and community resource services.

These initiatives focus on whole-health wellness, offering veterans the tools to rebuild their lives after the psychological and emotional challenges of military service. Carol’s compassionate leadership and innovative vision have helped AboutFace-USA® become a trusted resource for veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive in their next chapters.
