Today, the IDEAfit Pro Show interviews Petra Kolber, a fitness professional and leader who has shined her luminous spirit on our industry and on fitness consumers from the day she started leading classes.   

Petra is an author, inspirational speaker, podcast host, world traveler and DJ--to name a few of her roles and interests! With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Petra has been honored with some of its most prestigious awards including the 2018 Specialty Presenter of the Year award from CanFitPro and as the 2001 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year. 

She has been the creative voice and face of several fitness and wellness companies including Reebok, Yes Fitness Music, California Walnuts and Spry Living Magazine. In 2018, Petra released her first book, The Perfection Detox which has been translated into French and Spanish.  

As a two-time cancer survivor, she is passionate about waking people up to the precious gift of time, and she works with individuals and companies to help them get unstuck so they can become unstoppable.
