Imagine if you will, finding yourself increasingly short of breath. Sure, maybe you smoked in the past, maybe you never did. Maybe you could lose a few pounds, maybe not. But for whatever reason, you can’t seem to get a good breath. You cough, sometimes you can’t stop. Your doctor gives you steroids, cough syrup, nothing works. One day, you decide to see a specialist and are diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Whatever that is, it doesn’t sound good to you.
