Who is Simon Arnold?
Simon Arnold is the author of the book “The Thirteen-Hour Life Coach, “which details success strategies for adults with ADHD. Between 5 - 8 % of the general population have ADHD, but it is thought that undiagnosed ADHD could affect up to 20% of the population in total. ADHD isn’t just a neurological disorder that affects children. Those that have it as children can still have ADHD when they go into adulthood. The book offers a fresh perspective on living a life with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and those who think they have it. Each chapter gives the reader an insight into what living with ADHD is like and details the most important part of each with a principles section, acting as a summary. Simon also has a Podcast with the same name. Season one - Simon tells his story and strategies for success in different areas of life. Season two is with guests talking about ADHD, whether they have it or not, which strategies they use, and which listeners to the podcast can use too.
