In this episode, Carol discusses serious mental illnesses with a husband, father, and substitute teacher in East St. Louis, Curtis Pearson. He was been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia in his young adult years. He talks with us about how he navigates life with this mental illness and how to overcome everyday mental obstacles that most people around him may not understand.
