Having a traumatic childhood or dealing with toxic stress in our developmental years can make adult life difficult.  The ACE test helps us understand just how much of that trauma and toxic stress we're living with.  Our friend Ashley has quite the ACE score, and she's here to share her life experiences for us to learn from.
