Today we’re going to look at a passage where the Apostle Paul is talking about this four-letter-word: HOPE. We hope for many things. Hope, though, isn’t something we are always confident in. Hope can feel synonymous with a dream. It doesn’t always feel real or even attainable.

As Paul wrote this letter to believers in Rome, he specifically talked about a kind of eager anticipation and the confidence we can have in the hope of God’s promise about what is to come. We confidently and eagerly hope for God’s restoration for all things even as we live in the tension that our world is broken right now. The title of today’s message fits in with Paul’s writing on hope: Living With Confident Hope.
