According to the NHS website, Diabetes is a lifelong condition that causes a person's blood sugar level to become too high. There are 2 main types of diabetes and we are here today to discuss those two types in a little more detail, identify the symptoms, the causes and cover what it is like to live with diabetes. We'll also be covering the support available here at the University for staff and students living with the condition.
