Living With EASE Episode #29, Teach Me The Sound Of Freedom, begins with the lyrics to a song I wrote entitled, Too Much Religion. John 8:26 is unpacked from the perspective of the spirit of adoption (discussed in Living With EASE Episode #27: Teach Me The Sound Of Adoption) and the spirit of sonship. True freedom comes from intimately knowing Truth. Truth comes from following Holy Spirit daily in worship, praise, reading/meditating on/hearing the Word, prayer, listening for His voice, being obedient to His leading, and through receiving His heart of love for others. 

Living With EASE Episode #29 concludes with a Holy Spirit led, holistic frequency infused instrumental piece from my The Children's Heart Cry Sound Therapy album entitle, Teach Me The Sound Of Freedom in A 444 Hz tuning. 444 Hz tuning results in higher uplifting alignment and is good for releasing tension. It is also strategic in aligning several strategic energy gateways. The intention in the pieces comes from John 8:26 and 2 Corinthians 3:17.
