Andy's life's work is helping people connect with themselves and others through vulnerability and self-awareness. His mentoring style is equal parts unsettling and comforting, irreverent and compassionate. Andy's non-profit, The Last Letter, invites individuals to share their feelings in letters to loved ones.

In September Andy will be driving for 3-months through the US, sitting with groups, asking participants to write letters to loved ones. There are currently over 60 such sessions planned in just about everywhere that one could imagine. All session are free.
