You can’t live a life of joy if don’t allow joy to fill you. For centuries joy was a frivolous curse and self-care made for selfish spoils. Misery was the perfect whip for the driver to capitalize on the potential in humanity to advance to where we have. We no longer need to survive or serve now we can play but we must play with the dedication of an athlete to win the prize of joy.
