To be happy you need to love yourself, want to live life to the fullest, and respect the time you’re granted to experience life. Planning for self-care, self-motivation, and self-directed schedules is key to starting and ending each day with joy. Life is an experience, joy is a choice, choose it because you care about yourself and your experience.
