In this episode of For Her Empire Podcast, Keisha Greaves talks about her struggle with her muscular dystrophy and founding her fashion brand "Girls Chronically Rock".
Keisha was diagnosed with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (MD) when she was 24 and the diagnosis came from nowhere and completely upended her life. Even worse because it was said to be genetic yet no one in her family had muscular dystrophy as far as she knew.
Although her MD has progressed over the years and getting worse, she has learned to accept it and make certain changes into her life.
