<p>“Fit Positive Confident” is eclectic, guests are fascinating, and lessons are invaluable. Nothing is off limits: GMOs, modern agriculture, nutritional content of food, mind control, big pharma, big government, stress, natural and man-made disasters, environment, pollution, global warming, life-extension methods, psychology of success, spirituality, extraterrestrials, religion, et cetera, et cetera. This show is big on personal responsibility, big on courage to do difficult things, and big on the latest research across many fields.</p>
<p>The original purpose of the show was to provide Pastor Gordon’s congregation and Denver community with a radio program about health, fitness, and spirituality. The show quickly began exploring anything and everything to do with drastically improving one’s quality of life. We interviewed doctors and scientists. We talked with politicians, coaches, nurses, and researchers. And it became apparent that human beings have potential for longer and healthier life than most experience now. </p>
