Being involved with technology for over 35 years and as an enthusiastic lover of sports, live entertainment and people, Charles has a true passion for engaging in meaningful interactions and creating memorable experiences for all patrons. Billy J. Harper was also born in Chattanooga, TN. He currently holds a leadership position with the State Agency. Billy has over 30 plus years in telecommunications. While working in sales as a senior account executive; he was awarded the “Honor Circle Award Achievement” multiple times. Billy is an accomplished State certified claims adjuster and claims producer.

James Spencer Sands is Leading with a Purpose, Inspiring, Communicating, Motivating, and Reaching Back. Also born in TN, James trained bankers, and corporate controllers, Hotel Manager for Red Roof Inn, part of the Cellular Industry (Verizon Wireless) where he was an indirect account manager to establish wireless stores, government representative for Verizon Wireless to local government and municipalities.
