What is it really like to be the person behind some of Hollywood’s biggest stunts?

On this episode of LivingYosh, Joshua “Yosh” Markell sits down with veteran stunt performer, stunt coordinator and second-unit director Jennifer Badger.

Jennifer has spent more than 25 years creating action for film and television, with work spanning more than 200 productions. Her career has included everything from doubling major Hollywood stars to designing and coordinating action sequences.

We talk about how Jennifer got started as a child actress, her transition into stunt work, what it takes to break into one of Hollywood’s toughest professions, and what separates a good stunt performer from a great one.

Yom Kippur is only 25 hours, but it can change the direction of an entire year.

During one of the most important prayers of the year, my Yom Kippur was interrupted. It was difficult—but I chose to see it as a test, a reminder, and an opportunity to grow.

Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur remind us that we can always do better, return to Hashem, ask forgiveness, and begin again. Whatever interrupts us or tests our faith, we can still choose prayer, love, and spiritual growth.
