Episode 2 - Joe is editor of the Lyreacrompane and District Journal, maintains the community website www.lyreracrompane.com and is Chairperson of the four day Dan Paddy Andy Festival, Ireland's real rural festival, which is held annually in Lyreacrompane, North Kerry, over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.
