Liz who was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder back in 2003 created Heads2Minds with her sister Kate in order to raise mental health awareness. She gives talks about the condition and how it affects her and her family at schools, employment forums and the police force. By sharing her story, Liz hopes to give people a greater understanding of mental disorders. Her book Life as a Roller Coaster is due to be published in October 2019.
