Today on the show we have DU Head Women’s Coach, Liza Kelly.

Coach Kelly is a graduate of Deleware University where she was a three-time all-American. She was a member of the US National Team, the University of Deleware Hall of Fame, and the Baltimore Hall of Fame.

She started her coaching career at Towson University where she was an assistant for three years before being named the Head Coach at Boston University. During her time at Boston, she was twice named the America East Coach of the year. After 5 years at Boston, she took the head coaching job at Denver University where she now entering her 13th season.

Coach and I got a chance to talk about a lot of different things like, doing what you love, working smarter not harder, giving players ownership, empathy, tough love, and much more.
