"I work part time in Physical Therapy at an outpatient facility called Advanced Orthopedics and Physical Therapy. I also own a Metaphysical Healing Center at home for deep soul level healing. I work with a variety of students for physical and emotional healing, incorporating all different types of energy work, crystal healing, chakra aligning, yoga and pranayama activities to assist in one’s soul healing journey. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and working on a Doctorate of Metaphysics (people always tell me that isn’t real, lol well it is and I am in the process of completing it.)

Sharing pain from my past or in the present through a social media platform, to connect with those who can relate, and find a space where they do not feel so alone, makes me feel courageous. I am in a place in my life today where I know I went through the experiences I did to show others that they can make it out of dark times and that their are others who are or have gone through similar experiences as they are right now."
