Raised up in Monson, Maine – after traveling around a bit came back and settled in Central Maine in fabulous downtown Skowvegas. A proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Karma (12) and Niamh (10) and proud pet mommy of Boston and Kitty. And happy to be finally enjoying my life with my love, Tim. I make my living as a personal trainer, nutritionist, holistic health counselor, and work site wellness coordinator for the micro businesses in Somerset County and also moonlight at the Skowhegan Farmer’s Market. Love what you do and do what you love – that is how I choose to live – happy! As you’ll hear in the podcast, my “free time” is spent working out – more of what I love!
