Lloyd Yaxley, Goalkeeper coach for the Kansas City Current joined the show at the United Soccer Coaches Convention. Topics discussed included establishing an IDP (Individual Development Plan) to working with his goalkeepers to understand them to help them develop to their full potential. 

Lloyd's experiences as a goalkeeper coach include working for the women's national team, the Washington Spirit, and most recently Orlando Pride.
