Life works in mysterious ways… Or does it? Sometimes it takes time and perspective to peel the veil of mystery and gain clarity, don’t you think? Abang Rahino (aka Mas Rino) is a great illustration of this. So after we learned in the last episode about Mas Rino’s challenging childhood experiences during difficult times, today we get to discover how these early days shaped his latter days. Mas Rino’s vision of the world as one rife with conflicts contributed - consciously or unconsciously - to a yearning for Peace, which landed him in post-2004-Tsunami Aceh as part of the Trauma Relief team for the victims. The story goes on to show us that no matter how different and distant we feel we are from each other, we are all interconnected, and our struggles as human beings reflect the same sentiment.
