Do you remember ever being part of a shouting match (as a rebellious teenager or perhaps the parent on the other side) involving a "You're going to tell me the truth right now!" quickly followed by a "... Or ELSE??!!!". We definitely can relate, as it is, for better or worse, one of the games that we human beings can't seem to quit playing... Truth or Consequences, which we named this episode after, is not only a TV game but it's also the name of a town in the US, and a phrase that describes the lifestyle that many people around the world have chosen to live by. It represents the shattered dreams, lofty goals and golden aspirations of our forefathers that were based on the ideals adopted from their leaders. However, these ideals have resulted in a short-sighted vision for Humanity, leaving a struggling to deny our shadows and realize our shortcomings. As a result, we are left with a lifetime of work to find the truth within ourselves and shed light on the path of our own redemption and Healing. In this week's episode, we will explore the concept of Truth or Consequences and delve deeper into its implications for our lives. Join us, as we discuss the challenges and opportunities of finding our own truth, and living a life that is authentic, and fulfilling.
