Amidst a city on the brink of chaos, our heroes stumble upon a tense rally. A group of passionate, young protesters voice their anger toward the newly formed F.E.A.R. agents – an authoritarian force sent to restore order. When one of the agents recklessly fires into the crowd, the heroes leap into action. As the situation escalates, they are joined by a mysterious young man with the power to control fire. Together, they push back the oppressive agents, and "Fireboy" becomes the latest addition to their team. Now united, the group sets out for the high school, where the next chapter of their journey awaits.
