    All LO’s should be walking agents through the Dickens process…Charles Dickens is the writer of A Christmas Carol. Throughout the movie the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future show up and help Scrooge become a better man. The same can be implemented when talking to an agent and explaining why working with you is the best option. Bring up the past (a bad experience working with others/bad transaction), make them adjust the present (help fix their current situation), and last give them the ease of mind for the future (how easy it could be working with you).

    "We're having some of the best months we've ever had and I have to talk with the entire organization that we have to tighten everything up...things are going to get tough for a while and we have to tighten up"...We're just about half way through the year now and business is doing great...that doesn't mean you can ease up and forget to do the small things like making sure all the screws are tightly fastened before taking off in a plane...you don't check the screws and the plane can have complications in the air...TIGHTEN UP!!!
