Dan Zawacki is the Founder of Lobster Gram, a company that sold and delivered live lobsters and seafood around the U.S as gifts. He was the first person to do it back in 1987, which became his claim to fame. 

Three decades later, Dan sold Lobster Gram and now runs THE 4 MORES℠, where he is a Certified EOS Implementer that helps companies implement the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS). He helps owners and leadership teams get the most out of their companies using his unique approach — through structure, growth, profit, and fun. He also is a speaker and a coach.

As an entrepreneur himself, Dan has 30 years of knowledge and knows exactly what it’s like to own and operate a business. His passion is to help entrepreneurs succeed and have fun running their own businesses.
