By using LOC, anyone can have a conversation with people from around the world, regardless of their language. LOC doesn't require users to friend or follow each other before engaging in a conversation. Version 2.4 brings the ability to share a current location in a chat, translation of the user interface in multiple languages, and additional improvements.
