Captain Fray, Princess Rho’Thera, and GENE-3 have survived the wreck of the Audacity, and set their sights on a nearby town. The crew hopes to find materials to repair their ship, but they know they are strangers here and, having already been attacked once, don’t want to attract any unnecessary attention. At the same time, Rho’Thera can’t shake the feeling of an ominous presence lurking just out of sight and is determined to investigate its origin. She knows that if her suspicions are correct, it won’t just be the stranded crew that’s in danger, but all life across every corner of the planet.
