He has spent the majority of his career in the restaurant business, owns Georgia Sea Grill, started Potlikker Farm and then Satilla Ponds as part of his broader goals of sourcing high quality local ingredients and since the recording of this interview has added Three LIttle Birds to his family of food-related businesses.
