PJ Morrissey is a 17-year-old kid who's sister, Emily, has cerebral palsy. Because of his close connection to people with special needs and his relationship with his sister, PJ has taken it upon himself to spread her story and raise awareness. With April being Autism Awareness Month, PJ and Dr. Staci Carr, President of the Autism Society of Central Virginia and Technical Assistance Coordinator at the VCU Autism Center for Excellence, joined Jeff to talk about PJ's relationship with his sister, the progress being made in autism research and debunk some sterotypes and myths about autism.
