Ian Carleton and Tim Robson are the founders of Saint Fox Cider, based out of a tiny little ciderhouse affectionately known "Guillotine Hall" in rural Ash Grove, Missouri. In this 150 square foot organic laboratory, they are crafting some of the most delicious, natural ciders to hit the market with conscientious production and wild fermentation guiding their way.
