'The Workplace Extra' is a spin-off of my regular programme, 'The Workplace' – the programme about how to get into, get along and get ahead at work. The 'extra' bit contemplates situations and circumstances at work that take us out of the ordinary and require us to go that little bit further or do that little bit extra.

In this episode, titled Lockdown Anniversary 5, I invited my guests to share their reflections five years on from the Covid-19 pandemic and initial lockdowns which took place in the year 2020.

Includes contributions from someone who wished to remain anonymous, long-Covid campaigner Jonah Weisz who speaks about his experience of long Covid and the #thereforME and #fundtheplan campaigns, which have received cross-party political support and former 'The Workplace' guests, photographer Belinda Burton, employment solicitor Tessa Fry and the owner of Black Legacies London, Rod Westmaas.
