We are hitting another lockdown or more restrictions but this doesn't mean you have to shut down. This is where your faith, imagination and activity come into play. It really matters what you are thinking and what you are doing at this time. Are you a cup half empty or a cup half full because you will be tested and will need to be strong through this time.

Firstly thanks for tuning into my podcast.
My name is Dan Hulbert and what I share in my podcast is I practiced. I can back up my information with over 20 years experience in the property and building industries. My journey started on the tools in flipping properties with my Dad. I then went on to maintenance works and multitrade refurbishments. I decided in 2010 to go it alone and set up and run my own building firm and now I support and coordinate property investors refurbishment projects.
There are a lot of moving parts in property and the world is saturated with theory, but what we are really craving is practical wisdom.
Since 2014 I have been providing support, guidance and advice for property investors on their HMO refurbishments and small commercial conversions. This support comes in different ways:
FREE Content - Building on Solid Foundations, FB Group, YouTube Channel and Podcast.
Education and Training programmes.
1:1 Project Coaching.
Project Consultancy Packages.
