Join Olivia Vanderford in welcoming Engler Senior, Logan Hafer! He is currently a Biochemistry major and has plans to create a brewery through his new experience with fermented food science. He hopes to open the brewery as a gathering place near his home in Ainsworth, Nebraska. Throughout his time in the Engler program he has enjoyed everything from Engler treks to the valuable lessons he has learned.
