PGR contributor Peyton Williams caught up with Logan-Rogersville's head football coach Mark Talbert to get his thoughts following the Wildcats' big win over the Tigers of Hollister High School this past Friday. The Wildcats won a close contest, knocking off the Tigers by a final score of 23-20.

The close margin of victory was enough to give Logan-Rogersville their fifth win in the last six weeks. The Wildcats now sit at 5-2 on the season following their season-opening defeat at the hands of Nevada High School.

Logan-Rogersville will return home next week against the Marshfield Blue Jays for their final home game of the regular season. The Wildcats will be in search of their sixth win in seven weeks and with just three weeks remaining in the regular season, are in a prime position to make a postseason run.
