Logging on the Connecticut River, Asteroids, Project 14, Vermont Comedy

Former Vermont State Representative and Connecticut River Steward David Deen gives us a history lesson on the days of logging down that great body of water. Next, as NASA works on its DART Mission to protect the planet from a hazardous asteroid, we’ll learn from Dartmouth College Earth Sciences professor Brenhin Keller about what impact an asteroid could have if it reached Earth. After that, Meg Little Reilly joins us to discuss Project 14, a civic infrastructure initiative launched by UVM’s Center for Research on Vermont designed to reach all of Vermont’s 14 counties.  And then Nathan Hartswick of the Vermont Comedy Club in Burlington discusses the comedy scene in the state.
