The good old social contract argument. It's been around since Socrates and poeple still use it even today. I find that it is generally a poor argument used when the statist is backed in a corner. It's thier trump card or ace up their sleeve (at least in their mind). But it really is an illogical and bad argument. Today's episode explains why that is.
