This is a quick episode in support of George Floyd and #blacklivesmatter. Throughout the discussions I've had online so far, it's clear to me that I want to support and nurture direct and logical leadership. That we get caught up in blurry lines and vague assumptions or implications. If we can be clear, we can know where to go from here. We also talk about roles in leadership as a developing person.
