In this episode we talk about winners and losers, BUT FIRST, we talk about some of our views on current events such as a professor at The College at Brockport being fired and the continued impeachment attempts.

After that, we talk about the difference between winners and losers and the differences in their decision making.  We talk about how as a leader and a winner, you focus on the solution whereas the losers focus their energy on figuring out who's fault it is.  Winners focus on finding the better way whereas losers say it's not their job.  

We lay out several tips to help become a winner, at home, with your friends and family and at work.
