Lois Hollis, RN, BSN, REV. is a shame guilt educator, counsellor, and filmmaker. Lois shifts our opinion on one of the most taboo subjects, shame and guilt. Her 50 years’ experience in health, 15 years’ researching, and counselling will bring us new knowledge of these misunderstood conditions to release us from the shame guilt struggle.  Lois was unable to conceive because she only ovulated one or two times a year and she also lost 3 pregnancies. She is now a mother of 3.  No matter how we have been hurt, we have the opportunity to live with joy and love.  Shame and Guilt do not belong to us.
