Nathaniel Richards has taken many different forms in the comics over the years but many know him as Kang.

Nathaniel Richards as Immortus seems to be the inspiration for the character in this series. 

He Who Remains was the last director of the TVA and was in the Citadel at the End of Time, but didn’t have anything to do with Nathaniel Richards. 

The Loki series takes a lot of points from the Avengers Forever series of comics.
