woke up and found this on my phone…

it got pretty dark at the end there and i don’t really mean what i said about sam, i don’t hate him i’m just scared of him and i don’t like being a target of his vitriol. 

my period is starting and it’s agonising this month for some reason. feels like my insides are tearing apart. i feel like shit. i want to throw up.
