John is a 31-year-old who grew up in Andover, MA. John has been clean and sober for 4 years. His sobriety date is Jan. 23, 2014. John's drug of choice was heroin, which he used for 3 years. He said  'This truly is one day at a time, one situation at a time." John has a 100% real ADHD diagnosis and he takes a non-narcotic medication which has been a huge help. This podcast was very informative to a real struggle that some of us go through. And the best part of it is him describing how he has delt with his ADHD and how he was able to recover.
