Ian and Richard dive into the prequel to the Fate/Stay night visual novel, Fate/Zero, an anime show about seven mages summoning heroic spirits from the past to fight for a wish from the Holy Grail. The show was critically acclaimed when it debuted in 2011, but not to everyone. Those fans who were Fate/Stay night first and anime second, disapproved of the prequel. Join Ian and Richard as they discuss their reactions to the show and whether fans can pick and choose what is or is not canon in a series.
