It’s part of our human nature and genetic makeup to want to have connections with others and feel safe within a community. Relationships that provide safety can be the purest form of peace and support...but what happens when the people around us make us feel unsafe. How do we navigate the relationships that we desire without falling victim to keeping people and situations around that threaten our peace?

In this episode I will discuss the beginning of my therapy journey, what routes Ive taken to make sure I am at peace and how l learned to trust the divine timing of my life. Yes extreme loneliness can cause mental breakdown but If you do not learn to be by yourself, learn to find comfort in solitude and learning/knowing who you are, then you may be keeping the wrong people around to avoid feeling lonely.

What if I told you that life is a gift! No matter what you gain or lose, God/the universe/ whatever higher power you believe in, has given you the ultimate gift; LIFE! If you can change your perspective on how you view loss, it can change your life
