These partners in crime, capybaras, life, love, and cinematography, have brought to screen the visions of Isaac Brock's dreamy soundscape from An Eraser and A Maze. Both Zach & Mychal are long time Modest Mouse fans now getting to create some amazing art with a stellar team of fellow Modest Mouse friends, and we take time this episode to go behind the scenes and chat about what went into that creation. From vignette origins, shot analysis, hilarious stories, to some exciting trivia, you won't want to miss a bit from this interview!

Murphy Phelan is a PNW illustrator and fellow long time Modest Mouse fan who has collaborated with Isaac Brock on projects such as his bar "Poison's Rainbow:, Modest Mouse's fan page "Ice Cream Party", and most recently, the album cover to the 8th Modest Mouse LP, An Eraser and A Maze. We discussed some interesting details about his Modest Mouse related artwork, including the conception of recent tour posters and the album art, and got to talk about some of our musical interests as well.
