Surf Report - Portland Oregon

Long Beach Washington and Portland, OR Surf Report for 06-26-2025

Listen Later

Surf's up, wave riders! The Pacific Northwest coastline is serving up some seriously moody marine conditions today. We're looking at a mixed bag of surf and weather that'll keep things interesting from Long Beach down to Lincoln City.

Expect waves rolling in at a solid 4 to 6 feet with west and northwest swells pushing 4-foot heights at a smooth 10-second interval. The offshore energy is looking clean and consistent for some sweet rides.

The weather's playing it cool with mostly cloudy skies and just a slight chance of showers today. Temperatures will hover around a crisp 60 degrees with gentle southwest winds around 4 to 6 miles per hour. Perfect for layering up and staying comfortable.

Tide hunters take note: we've got some dramatic vertical movement today. Low tides are dipping down to negative 2.7 feet around morning, with high tides climbing up to a robust 9.8 feet in the early morning hours. These dynamic water levels mean constantly shifting conditions.

But hold up surfers and beach lovers - there's a serious safety advisory. Cold water, sneaker waves, and rip currents are real threats along this coastline. Those unexpected waves can catch you off guard faster than you can say wipeout. Stay alert, watch the water's rhythm, and never turn your back on the ocean.

Thursday's looking similar with slightly smaller surf in the 2 to 5 foot range and increased shower chances. Winds remain steady and temperatures consistent.

Sunrise kicks off around 5:30 AM with sunset painting the sky around 9:10 PM. Plenty of daylight to chase those waves and soak in the dramatic Pacific Northwest coastal vibes.

Stay stoked and stay safe out there, wave warriors!
